You will need:
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. You don't have to be dainty about this! Just chop em up as small as you want, and in whatever shape you would like! Chuck them into a bowl and pour a little olive oil and salt over them. Add the cajun spice and stir it all up!
Slice the vegetables up and either
Bake them for 15 minutes, remove the broccoli and the chicken and pop them into a dish, cook the potatoes for another 15 minutes.
After all you need to do is divide the cooked meat and vegetables up between your containers and store them away for later !
- 1Kg chicken breasts (a good substitute is Tofu or mushrooms!)
- 3 tablespoons of cajun spice mix
- A little olive oil
- 2 - 4 sweet potatoes (or ordinary ones!)
- Broccoli and carrots (as much as you would like to add! You can also use courgette, asparagus or anything else if you prefer!)
- A pinch of salt and pepper

- place them onto a baking tray directly and spray or drizzle a little oil over them.
