One thing many, many many people requested was a shopping list - something where you could gather a list of foods at the start of the week and not have to leave again until the next time you had to go shopping.
As I mentioned before, I am no dietitian but after some research (and after what I've been using recipe wise) I have managed to compile a list of things you may find incredibly helpful if you are trying to eat healthier - no matter what group you fall under.
Unfortunately though I am no 100% knowledgeable upon all food allergies so please check yourself that you can eat these foods! Otherwise it is very simple to find alternatives that taste just as good and give you the same benefit !
Please note too, it is worthwhile getting checked for any food allergies as these too can contribute to low moods and anxiety.
