You will need
If you have one, add the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, tahini, and water in to a blender and mix until it makes a fine creamy paste.
Add a little more of the Lemon juice, garlic and salt and stir them in !
Pop it into a bowl (or jar) and if you want you can add a few un-smushed chickpeas to the top!
When you want to eat it, warm it in a warm oven for about 3 to 5 minutes and dig in !
I recommend either Pita bread - or if you're feeling really cheeky - some bread sticks!
- 200g or 7oz of Chickpeas (canned makes it easier!)
