Well, breakfast cares about you !
You will need:
Grab your bowl or mug, whatever is easiest and closest at hand.
Fill it with the whole grain cereal. Dump the milk on the top and throw the blueberries.
If you want, slice up the banana or strawberries, otherwise just peel it and eat it after.
Finally, go find a comfy chair or sofa, or even the bed. Flop yourself down, eat what you can (preferable the whole thing), have a small nap or re-watch one of those old cartoons you used to enjoy.
If still hungry, blast some music and grab another banana.
