For some reason, many people seem to like making these in the microwave, so this recipe is designed to work for both microwave and saucepan!
You will need:
This recipe is wonderfully simple! All you need to do is break your eggs into a cup, or jug.
Beat them well with a whisk or a fork and add a little milk. You really don’t need much, I’d recommend ¼ cup for 2 eggs.
Here is where it splits – If you are using a microwave then stir the salt and pepper in before adding it to the machine.
Alternatively, if you are using a pan, pop the egg/milk mixture to a pan and add the salt and pepper when it starts to thicken. If you can, try to avoid stirring it with a fork as it will scratch your pan. I recommend a wooden or silicone ended spatula if you have one!
If you fancy a slightly bigger meal, these scrambled eggs pair beautifully with some hot buttered toast!
