This one has two versions ! One of these uses eggs and one does not!
Version one
You will need
Grab your mug and mix the dry ingredients together! (This means the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and the salt! [and the bicarbonate of soda if you used plain flour! Add the cocoa powder too if you would like a chocolate cake] ) Make sure they're all nice and jumbled up.
Next stir in the milk, the oil, water and the vanilla extract and stir it until it's all nice and smooth in the mug.
Stick it in the microwave and cook it for about 1 minute and 45 seconds! A little longer if it isn't nice and firm in the centre!
If you want an extra chocolatey touch you can throw in some chocolate chips with the dry ingredients and top it off with buttercream icing or cream and chocolate shavings if you really feel up to it! These can add a delicious sweetness to the cake but it's not a necessity to be able to enjoy this sweet treat!

- 50g sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- vanilla extract + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (if you want a chocolate cake, otherwise swap this out or even remove it!)
