This is a really nice dish and it's cheap and simple!
You will need:
If you want:
Prepare your instant ramen as per the instructions - add the seasoning packet to dry noodles and top it up with boiling water seems to work for most!
Whilst thats cooking, grab a frying pan and throw a handful of the little shrimp into a pan with a small spoonful of oil. Cook them until they are nice and thoroughly hot.
If you opted for the spring onions, slice them up nice and thinly and throw them in with the noodles - not the shrimp! You don't want those to fry! Next, drain the shrimp by placing them onto a piece of kitchen roll and dab them gently. This will remove any excess oil.
When your noodles are as cooked as you like, place them into a bowl and cover with most of the sauce from the bowl (I say most simply because some people don't like to use much. Do remember though that your noodles will suck some of it up!) and place the shrimp on the top.
If you used the egg, you can either have it fully hard boiled, or boiled enough that the yolk is still a little runny. Pee the egg, slice in half and place on top of the noodles, on the other side to the prawns.
Enjoy !
