You will need:
Grab your bread and liberally spread the hummus on one of the slices (or if using Pita, grab a spoon and pop in as much as you feel you would like!)
take your cucumber slices and lay them on top of the hummus and cover with the shredded carrot. If using avocado, layer that over the top and add the other slice of bread!
If you want to avoid washing up, you don't even need a plate! Just tuck into your delicious sandwich and take some time to relax! Watch a film or read a book - remember it's never a bad thing to have some downtime and just to relax !
- 2 slices bread or 2 pita halves
- 4 tbsp hummus (Either shop bought or if you feel up to it, check the Hummus page for the recipe!)
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 carrot, shredded
