So, I know what it sounds like, but bear with me!
You will need:
Add the oatmeal and water/milk to a bowl and pop into the microwave for 2 minutes on high. You don’t need to pot a cover on it!
Instead of adding any sugar to it, instead add a little salt and pepper, and quickly fry (or poach) an egg.
Top the oatmeal with the egg and feel free to add a little grated cheese over the top for added flavor!

- Cheese (if you want)
